I am seeking a delicious blend for VaTa Balancing tea. Any suggestions?

    1/4 teaspoon ajwan
    1/4 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated
    1/4 teaspoon ground cardamon
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 clove
    1 cup boiling water...or organic milk would be even better, that's if your not vegan :)

      I'm not familiar with ajwan and hoping the natural food store will have some.

        ajwan: wild celery seed, heating, stimulates digestion, usually taken before meals...
        Jaggery: concentrated cane juice (traditional)

    I like ground marshmallow root about 2:1 with ground licorice root decoced in homogeneous organic milk with some Vietnamese cinnamon.

    For a more direct action, although this is unlikely to qualify as "delicious", I use a valerian decoction, perhaps with a bit of calamus to offset some heaviness.
