Mon, March 30, 2009 - 5:24 PMI like ground marshmallow root about 2:1 with ground licorice root decoced in homogeneous organic milk with some Vietnamese cinnamon.
For a more direct action, although this is unlikely to qualify as "delicious", I use a valerian decoction, perhaps with a bit of calamus to offset some heaviness.
