    <summary type="html">I like ground marshmallow root about 2:1 with ground licorice root decoced in homogeneous organic milk with some Vietnamese cinnamon.&#xD;
&#xD;
For a more direct action, although this is unlikely to qualify as "delicious", I use a valerian decoction, perhaps with a bit of calamus to offset some heaviness.</summary>
