Is anyone in the LA area?

This weekend in Venice- July 21 & 22, from 10am to 2pm each day, i'm having a nutrition/ food workshop called 'Yoga in the Kitchen'. It is based on my Ayurvedic background, so discussions include ancient holistic principles for your specific constitution & how they can be incorporated into our modern day lifestyles.

It's fun, easy to understand, and hands-on: we will prepare organic vegetarian food together incorporating Yoga philosophy & Ayurvedic techniques.

Each 4 hour day is $100, or it's $180 for both days.

-Saturday we will discuss basic ayurvedic principles and prepare medicinal ghee & kichari (a remarkably healing meal)

-Sunday we will chop up organic veggies, saute them with seasonal masalas (spice combos) and a seasonal chutney.

**And since there are still spaces available, I'm happy to give you an additional $25 discount if you bring a friend.**
