Wed, July 30, 2008 - 7:43 AMDo you mean traya-upasthambha ? (meaning - three pillarsthat are necessary for healthy life). These are Ahar (diet) Nidra (sleep) and Bramhacharya (Celibacy). The third is celibacy and not sex.
