    the translation of the Sanskrit word "kama" is not sex, it mean desire or physical longing. But I'm happy to talk about the view of sex in Ayurved anyway

      Do you mean traya-upasthambha ? (meaning - three pillarsthat are necessary for healthy life). These are Ahar (diet) Nidra (sleep) and Bramhacharya (Celibacy). The third is celibacy and not sex.

    What is too much?
    Kapha can have plenty
    Pitta moderate
    Vata least
    This changes seasonaly
