Are you looking for traditional or more spa like? I believe Chopra's center is really nice but more spa like. California College of Ayurveda (CCA) in Grass Valley is more traditional (or used to be when I had PK there). So many more have popped up now that I can't keep up with them - back in the day there was just Chopra's Center, CCA and Dr. Lads.

Does anyone know of a really good panchakarma retreat? California would be best, but I'm open to other locations. . . somewhere with great facilities where I could stay for about a week.
Thanks
