Hi
The important question is why is this condition occurring? Is it food or other allergies, is it stress related, or exposure to environmental toxins? How long has this been present? It's necessary to answer the following questions to treat it appropriately.

Generally, I found Katuki (Picrorhiza kurroa), Manjit (Rubia cordifolia), and Kula Kud or Mandukaparni (Gotu Kola) can all be used to treat inflammatory skin diseases that are red, hot, and inflamed such as psoriasis. Kerala (Momordica charantia/ Bitter Melon) has been used successfully when combined with other appropriate therapies such as Omega 3 fatty acids and herbs (Smilax, Kula Kud, and Mahonia). Reference: David Winston (AHG) Materia Medica sheets.

It's always safest to consult with a trained Ayurvedic professional, which I am not (yet!).

Blessings,
